Here's a shirt I made recently. The pattern I used is a 1860s pattern from Shirts & Men's Haberdashery 1840s to 1920s. I made the shirt out of some cotton sheeting I had stashed in a drawer. I also used some shirt making techniques for collars and cuff from Shirtmaking by David Coffin which helped the shirt turn out better than the last shirt I made. This shirt went a lot quicker now that I've made a few shirts.

Shirt from 1860s pattern.

Pleated front.

Cuff detail.

Side seam guest.

I used 3/8th china buttons.
